Terms and Conditions

These terms govern purchases from nrrcd™ at nrrcd.com. The store is operated by Guangzhou Dianzi Technology Co., Ltd. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products and Descriptions

nrrcd™ sells ordinary fashion jewelry. We aim to describe each item accurately, including its material, dimensions, color, finish, and included components. Screen settings and reasonable manufacturing variation may affect appearance. Our products are not presented as medical or health products.

Orders and Payment

Review the item, selected option, quantity, currency, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and final total before confirming payment. An order may be declined or canceled because of unavailability, unsuccessful payment, an obvious pricing error, or a delivery restriction. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. For supported U.S. destinations, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us within 7 calendar days if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. After an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, a refund is initiated within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Promotions and Website Materials

Offer-specific dates, eligibility, and exclusions are shown with each promotion. Our brand, original text, images, and design materials belong to us or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Applicable Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
