Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact service@nrrcd.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for your request before sending anything back.

Return Condition

Unless jewelry is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable rights, an eligible change-of-mind return should generally be unused, unaltered, complete with its included components, and in its original protective packaging where reasonably possible. Opening the shipping parcel alone does not automatically make an otherwise eligible item non-returnable.

Product Appearance and Selection

Review the listed dimensions, material, color, finish, and available size or option before ordering. Screen lighting and reasonable manufacturing variation may affect small visual details. A personal preference about style, size, or color is normally treated as a change-of-mind return if the item remains eligible.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order and contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if you notice a problem. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. When an issue attributable to us is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, or other remedy without additional costs caused by that error. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Return Address and Shipping Costs

Do not send returns to our registered business address without instructions. Customer support will provide the appropriate return facility address after reviewing your request. Customers generally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. When a confirmed problem is attributable to us, we address eligible return costs as part of the approved remedy. Original shipping charges are generally not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Items That May Be Excluded

Customized items, gift cards, items clearly identified as final sale before purchase, and items materially altered or damaged after delivery may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted. Such exclusions do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Refund Method and Timing

After an eligible return reaches the instructed location, is inspected, and is approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Contact us to ask about an exchange; availability depends on stock. Request cancellation promptly before fulfillment begins. If an order has shipped, the applicable return process applies.
